Tech for fin – digital assets

Start date

May 6, 2026

End date

June 9, 2026

Digital assets in financial services are shifting from experiments to mainstream infrastructure, driven by tokenization, stablecoins, and clearer regulation. Many large banks and market infrastructures globally are now building concrete products around digital currencies, tokenized securities, and digital wallets rather than just pilots. This light program invites both startups creating solutions with the digital assets space and financial institutions into a conversation about potential forms of collaboration in the industry, insights, fresh perspectives and early validation.

Copenhagen Fintech aims to foster meaningful collaborations between fintech and adjacent industries. This time, we're turning our attention to digital assets as they are making waves reshaping parts of the financial industry. Institutional adoption, new regulation, and real use cases mean they are no longer a fringe topic.

Who should apply

The program is open to startups at all stages that are exploring or building solutions in the space of digital assets with potential applications in fintech or financial services. While we primarily focus on Danish startups, international applicants are welcome to apply.

We are on the lookout for startups in a wide range of verticals and topics across digital assets within B2B, B2B2C, B2C and institutional markets, for example:

  • stablecoins,
  • payments (domestic and cross-border),
  • tokenization,
  • digital wallets and identity,
  • crypto exchange platforms,
  • custodization of assets,
  • wealthtech,
  • capital and FX markets,
  • and more.
