Let’s talk sales... again.
In Volume I of the Sales Breakfast Club, we covered the real stuff: how to get into the top of the funnel, shorten the sales cycle (especially when selling to big, slow-moving "elephants"), rethink pricing, and stand out in a digital sea of sameness.
We heard your challenges, and saw how valuable it was when the community got in the room and helped each other think it through.
Volume II builds on that momentum.
We are bringing together Fintech founders and early sales leaders for another working session. This time in smaller Go-To-Market Circles, where each of you will dive deep into one key topic you would like to navigate on. With a Community Mentor in each group to guide and challenge your thinking, this is less talk, more doing and trying.

9:30AM - 10:00AM Go To Market Circle: Join the circle with the topic of your choice, and get to work. Founders/sales leads reflect on their approach and get sparring feedback from peers and a Community Mentor.
10:00AM - 10:30AM Key Takeaways & Actions: Each circle shares back the key ideas discussed. Every participant commits to 1–2 action points they’ll take back to test. (Follow-up encouraged via Slack or with someone you met in the group).
10:30AM - 11:00AM Time to Connect: Top up that breakfast, meet someone new, follow up on that idea that clicked. No agenda, just connections.

Getting and attracting more into the top funnel (without burning out your network)
You have already closed your first customers, and your LinkedIn network has done its job. But how do you consistently fill the pipeline now, especially when your team is lean and your time is limited? We’ll discuss ways to scale outreach without losing authenticity, build awareness with the right people, and open new doors without overextending yourself (or your team).
Motivating a shorter sales cycle (especially with big, traditional players)
You know the pain... your solution fits, your pitch lands, but the deal still drags on for months. In this one, we will look at how we can get better at nudging bigger customers (banks, insurers, legacy institutions) toward a faster yes. Less waiting, more closing, without cutting corners or chasing the wrong leads.
Positioning your Fintech: pricing, differentiation, and cutting through the noise
You’re not exactly new to the game, but maybe your story hasn’t evolved as much as your product has. How do you talk about your value now that you’ve got traction? We will explore how to rethink your positioning, test your pricing model, and stand out in a market where everyone sounds kind of the same.
