Intro to the Topic: The proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) in the financial technology sector is catalyzing a profound transformation in labor markets, organizational design, and the underlying concept of employability. As AI systems increasingly undertake both operational and cognitive tasks—from automating transactional workflows to enhancing client interaction with adaptive intelligence—they challenge long-standing distinctions between human and machine labor.
