Copenhagen Fintech invites our partners to an inspiring Masterclass with Kasper Risbjerg, Head of Venture Innovation, who will provide insights into IKEA's innovative work and approach towards Open Innovation.
Agenda:
Experiences from IKEA: Kasper will share his personal reflections and experiences from his years in the company, including insights into the corporate culture and the values that drive IKEA forward.
Innovation Setup: How can one work with innovation? Kasper will discuss different innovation setups - internal, external, or hybrid - and what he sees as working best in practice (including experiences from Space 10 (Innovation Lab in Kødbyen, Copenhagen).
IKEA’s Approach to Partnerships: Kasper will also delve into IKEA's approach to partnerships, including an exciting case from the collaboration with a promising tech startup.
Reorganization and Strategic Work: IKEA is undergoing a reorganization, and Kasper will elaborate on the thoughts behind the new organization and the strategy for the future.
Future Visions: What ambitions does IKEA have for the future? Kasper will share some concrete examples of financial use-cases to give an idea of where IKEA is heading, including interesting pilot projects from around the world.

About the Open Innovation Masterclass:
Copenhagen Fintech has since 2016 been all about creating innovation through corporate-startup partnerships.
Our Open Innovation Masterclass is an exclusive network for our Corporate Partners focusing on Corporate Innovation, Open Innovation & Startup Partnerships. During the masterclasses, Copenhagen Fintech will share updated knowledge on trends and tendencies based on daily interaction with our global startup ecosystem and we invite thought leaders, industry professionals, world class startups, and corporate innovation ninjas to share their experiences and best practices within open innovation.
Maximum of 40 people can participate in the Masterclasses. It is free for our partners to sign up with up to three people for the masterclasses. Use your partner code provided in the Partner-newsletter to sign up. It is possible to invite a substitute if you are not able to attend. The masterclasses will be active networking sessions onsite in Copenhagen, but global partners located abroad will on-demand be able to listen in on the theme based speaks during the sessions.
