One of Copenhagen Fintech’s good friends from Silicon Valley, Mike Sigal is in town for Nordic Fintech Week and has offered to (re)run his acclaimed session “What VCs Really Think About” to help you understand what great fundraisers understand about the mindset, motivations and limitations of VCs, particularly Silicon Valley VCs. The session will include updates for changes to the VC market over the last year.
Mike is a globally recognized expert on fintech and innovation in financial services. He currently serves as an advisor to numerous startups, an Investment Committee member of SCVentures, and a Venture Partner at GPO Fund, Mahway, MiddleGame Ventures & RevolutionDAO…all active Fintech investors.
Previously, Mike was a General Partner of 500 Startups Fintech Fund (85+ pre-seed & seed investments in 26 countries), Executive Producer of SWIFT's Innotribe Challenges Program, and a 7-time startup founder with three exits including an IPO. More about Mike here.
